To me WOW! has been a vessel for me to grow personally. Being a shy person myself I can understand how hard it is sometimes to inject yourself into groups of outgoing entrepreneurs. In my role as a business banker, being a WOW! Chapter leader has taught me that I am on a level playing field and that we all have our roles and something to contribute to each other. I have made connections with so many women I would have never known. It grows my business but more importantly it adds value to my life.
